Hello, my name is Crystal Hall and I am affiliated with Welchomes Real Estate, because of the energy and enthusiasm I was met with when interviewing with Christie and I plan on bringing that same energy and enthusiasm to my clients. I’ve been in this business for almost 2 years, and this is the second brokerage I’ve worked under. Under my first brokerage I was named top realtor under 2 years on four different occasions in 2023 and one thing I know is good communication skills are vital to helping someone find their perfect home. I take the time to ask question and listen to what my clients tell me so I can make a good match. Aside from excellent communication skills, I’m also empathetic. I’ve been in the market for a new home and know how it feels to be overwhelmed and frustrated with too many showings that doesn’t match your criteria. Real estate isn’t just a job for me, but a passion to help others make their home buying experience smooth and comfortable and to turn their search for their dream home into a reality!
